Warn other customers about poor service- I have been left humiliated.

I was a customer of Shipt from 2020-****. I had excellent customer service with them, and no complaints.

In March, I placed an order with them. The shopper refused to contact me at all. He made substitutions that went well above the amount that was cleared. I texted him back to let him know that I would be contacting the corporate office.

Instead, I WAS FIRED from Shipt as a customer! They were absoutely abhorent to me, not indicating what happened or what I had done. Instead, I was hung up on about 15 times. Even after a complaint to the BBB, I was never told exactly what I had done.

They refuse to speak with me at all. I have moved on, but this is not customary of any reputable company. My advice- don't use them. They hire shoppers and have no regard as to their performance.

If you say anything to them about it, they may decide to terminate you as a customer.

Shipt needs to go under and I hope they do. I am so sorry I ever decided to do business with them.

Preferred solution: They will never do anything to rectify what they did to me. I spent thousands of dollars with them through the years.They have NEVER specified what I did to deserve this. The truth, as much as they despise me, the feeling is mutual!

I thought I ordered 2 frozen stoffers lasagna and a couple of cheescakes..Well the girl came cause I heard her car backing out of my driveway and Bam there was 7 bags of frozen family size lasagna and 12 cheescakes...I voukd believe it and I called customer service there and my God that's a joke but I got someone tell me they don't take back food..So I thought that was the end..But a hour later I saw another car backing out of my driveway and there was another 8 bags of cheese cakes and 15lb Stoffers lasagna..I tried calling again but it kept hanging up on me while on hold..I know telemarketers do that because my phone number was probably rated bad and mad customer calling...So with my freezer packed I thought I could donate 7 bags of food to a woman's shelter in the city but they couldn't take it so I took it to my parents house and we pried all of these packages in there freezer..Unbelievable it gets worse cause they charged me over 400 dollars when I thought it would be 40 bucks..Dam I needed that money to pay my car bill..I don't know what I'm going to do...I also found out I'm not the only one ..There are 10,000s of complaints with shipt with the same exact stories...Thatvpeople have been scamed..Ill see if I can post another complaint on to here with the same story.. Beware of this scamming company..I placed all my receipts from the Company shown below..

After I unpacked the groceries, I realized I was missing an item. It wasn't expensive but I wanted to use it for lunch I was making for friends. When I opened the app to check the receipt, what I learned was much more disturbing and, frankly, corrupt. The receipt noted a substitution had been made for chicken breasts. The chicken I ordered was $2.39 / lb. The receipt noted the substitution was $4.39/lb. After closer examination, I noticed the label on the package was $2.39 /lb not $4.39. The label said the pkg of chicken cost $13.65. Shipt charged me $23.27. There was no substitution just thievery. The discrepancies didn't stop there. When I finished reviewing the store's price vs what Shipt charged, the difference exceeded $60. As a consumer, I shop sales, deals and bargains to stay within a very tight budget. If I need to double-check whether a delivery service is padding the receipt, my next step is to reach out to the government agency in Washington to report the issue and the store that chooses it as a delivery partner. This was only my second delivery from Shipt. It was also my last.

I've been waiting for a refund since Sept. 17, 23. It is now Nov. 3, 23. I have yet to get it. I've spoken on the phone, chatted, texted, e-mailed and still no resolve. I just got off a call that lasted for half an hour to no avail. They keep saying to got to my banking institution. They owe me $14.01. I've been thru my bank account, no refund. Shipt prefers you to take a credit from them, so they can still hold onto your money. I said no to this that I wanted it returned to my account and see they Fd me over and still no money. They have no one you can speak to over them. Meanwhile, you can not understand them as they speak very broken English, and they think that because they use western names like Joe and Mary or Suzi that you are stupid and don't know you're speaking to someone in another country. Thanks so much Target "for nothing" Now who do I speak to??

Worst customer service I've experienced in my life!

I am a Shipt shopper who has been doing Shipt for a year and a half now. Yesterday I had the most horrendous experience with their shopper agents trying to get an order released to me from The Home Depot. The store I arrived at is brand new in my area, open maybe a month. Once I arrived at the store to pick up 2 orders, I tried to mark myself as arrived in the app as usual, but because the store is so new, this caused the GPS coordinates to be off the app kept telling me I wasn't at the store and I needed to continue to the store to pick up the order. I called into Shipt shopper and was on hold for 6 minutes, and once I got to an agent, I explained the issue that I was unable to get the employee with THD to release the orders because I did not have an order number because I cannot access this info in the app without being "arrived" at the store within the app. While on the phone with the first agent, his advice was to "proceed to the correct store location to fulfil the order request". I explained I'm already at the store, to which his response was "So please let an employee know you're there to pick up a Shipt order and deliver the items to the customer". Because the customer service is outsourced, there is a severe language barrier, not to mention these reps have zero interest in being helpful and this was made clear in the following events. I went the rounds for 10 minutes with this rep, explaining myself over and over again, only to be told the same thing over again. Finally, the rep asked to put me on hold, and proceeded to put me through to an automated system asking me to rate his service and my experience, and the call then ended. Outrageous! I sent a chat to an agent, again explaining the issue, and while waiting for an agent to appear, I called into HQ yet again. I got a nicer rep who seemed maybe a little less barriered in terms of language, but I experienced very similar issues. He was more interested in chatting to me about where I live and how the weather was. When I got done explaining the issue, his first response to me was "Have you restarted your cell phone?" OMG it's not a phone issue, it's an app issue!! He then told me the same thing as the earlier rep, which was "You need to drive to the correct store and pick up the order to deliver to the customer". No *** Sherlock, but I can't mark myself as arrived because the app doesn't recognize me as at the store!! In the meantime, I check the chat to see if maybe I have a better response. The exact response I received from the agent after I sent my initial message requesting help was "Is there anything else I can help you with?" followed by "Have a great day". Literally ZERO effort to help!! Back to Mr. Chat about the weather. We go the same rounds as the previous rep who disregarded and hung up on me, how I need to drive to the correct location and I need to mark myself as arrived in the app. Eventually he tells me "I need to consult with my manager, may I place you on a 10 minute hold?". Sure guy, at this rate I wouldn't expect anything less. At this point in this fiasco, I have been sitting in the parking lot of Home Depot for 30 minutes, just trying to pick up these 2 orders that are now well past late delivery. And I held for at least 10 minutes while he "consulted his manager". Year, I'm sure that's what you were doing... Anyway, I ended up just following the route that my GPS lead me to based on the information provided in the Shipt Shopper app. It took me some convoluted route to about 1.3 miles up the road where I was able to "arrive" myself at the store (I was actually at a desolate gas station in the middle of nowhere at this point) and drove back to the store to get the orders. I delivered these orders between 9:00 - 10:00 PM and felt terrible for these customers. Shipt, I am BEGGING AND PLEADING!!! BRING YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK TO THE STATES, PLEASE!!! FOR THE LOVE OF ALL HOLY THINGS, YOUR OVERSEAS AGENTS ARE HORRENDOUS AND THEY ARE GOING TO TANK YOUR BUSINESS SO FAST! STAY AWAY FROM SHIPT! THEY HIRE ANYONE AND WILL ALLOW DRIVERS TO STEAL FROM YOU! THEY DO NOT CARE!

Shipt is unfair to their subcontracted shopper!

I am a shopper for Shipt, and these dumb *** deactivated my account for no *** reason. I know for a fact that certain customers abuse the platform to get refund by lying about missing items and poor service. This is a *** joke! We go out there and bust our *** to provide exceptional service to members, and a small amount of members refuse to communicate during their shop, complain about the store being out of stock on items, or just lie to get refunds and discount! They will let their members lie about anything and there is next to nothing we shoppers can do about it! Their shopper services are and absolute joke! I highly recommend if you work for them, to have your account disabled at anytime for any reason, whether the members claims are true or not! Enjoy it while you can shoppers and know that your days are undoubtedly numbered!

Missing Item

Our Target order was delivered but our $50 Roku was missing from the bag. I wasnt given a receipt and the shopper didnt close out our order so Target could not refund me. The Shipt employees I spoke with were not that helpful really. After speaking to 3 different people they said they would refund me but I wont get the $50 for 10 business days andthey wouldnt refund the $10 Shipt charge for delivery. I think that is ridiculous. Also all of my Target items reeked of smoke. Super unhappy with our delivery person but also the company in general. Also I was charged $27 extra and no one can tell me why? I am filing a claim in the morning with my bank for that issue. What a mess and I will never use Shipt again.

I had 2 separate Publix orders with 2 different credit card numbers under the same membership. 1 order had 9 items the other one was 15 items. My shopper managed to completely mess up both orders double billing the 15 item order twice to my mom and billing the 9 item order $60 and then asking for another $47? Huh? It turns out my shopper added items to my order and then asked for more money. Shipt's "award winning" customer service has no clue on how to deal with double billing and leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. I am now with out the order and my money. Now I have to fight with the bank to get it reversed because of this terrible company

I was deactivated from the SHIPT email said it was for abusing the platform, it was a very generic email and not a specific reason. It states you can file an appeal which I did without the exact reason I DONT submitted my appeal and addressed everything listed on that list for abusing the platform. it was denied the next day. I have tried to talk to someone about the issue, I am quickly dismissed hung up on and said to refer to the email and file an appeal. I always communicate with SHIPT HQ and customers about any delays or changes in orders, as SHIPT STRESSES ON. I do have late deliveries due to having to communicate with the customer regarding a substitution cause if you were to put not found that reflects you as well and the time allotted to shop is not all all realistic, traffic, holidays, customer changing things are not taken into factor so that 1 hour to get to the store get ALL items wait for the clerk to check your cart and then drop off the order it is not appropriate. Regardless of any small or change in any and all order the customer and SHIPT was ALWAYS informed and SHIPT HQ claims notes were in their system. I was told it wouldn't affect my metrics everything was noted. From what I have been seeing this is being done to a lot of good hard working shoppers why is that? Are new shoppers with no ratings paid less than us hard working ones? There are also multiple complaints from customers themselves about their orders ITS SHIPT they are profiting with taking advantage of customers and shoppers. While store employees get hours cut cause the store gets help from us shoppers. This is not acceptable!!!

Please teach your shoppers that if they have more than one order they deliver, to make sure they deliver the correct items. I orders a 24 pk of Diet Coke and the shopper tried to give me a 12 pk until I questioned her about it at which time she informed me she had another order in her car and thats where the 24 pk was. She did get me the 24 pk. Also I didnt get my two frozen dinners which Im sure either the shopper or the other customer got free dinners. Poor customer service e

We have used Shipt for about 2 years. Recently, they stopped assigning my orders to my preferred shopper. I called Shipt and asked them why and asked them to push the order to my preferred shopper. I was told they couldnt assign it to her. I am paying extra for groceries through this service and Shipt needs to honor my request. This is not acceptable. Please give the orders to my preferred shopper.

If you can change the amount of my order in my bank account because I added more or they didnt have what I ordered right away .. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO REFUND ME FOR THE SAME ORDER WITHIN MINUTES WHEN YOUR DRIVER DID NOT DELIVER TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS .. I am FURIOUS right now for being told this !!! I live on SS n dont have extra money .. especially after buying Christmas Gifts now someone else will have to make the food I was to bring ! I guess I should look into delivery from other store options!!!

My packages were left at the front door of the building

I was extremely upset to Find that my packages were left outside on the bench at the east side of our building. After speaking with Amazon, and then shift finally found out that they had left them out there. Was upsetting, knowing that anyone couldve picked up those and took them. One of my first times shift and very disappointed!
